Terms of Service

Vitaebase is provided by [legal entity name to be added], [registered address to be added] ("Vitaebase", "we", "us").

The research map, topic and study pages, search, and browsing the evidence base are free to use and don't require an account. Suggesting a topic or feature, and voting on suggestions, is also free and doesn't require an account.

Some features — saving topics and studies, notes, collections, research alerts and Premium — require an account, created with an email and password or via Google sign-in. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You can permanently delete your account at any time from your profile.

Vitaebase Premium is available on two plans:

• €4.99 / month, billed monthly.
• €49.99 / year, billed yearly.

New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial, but you won't be charged until it ends. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically renews and you're charged the plan price at the start of each billing period, until you cancel.

Billing is handled by Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your profile via the Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep Premium access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Vitaebase presents evidence, impact and study information drawn from published scientific research for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, and Vitaebase does not recommend or endorse any specific treatment, supplement or lifestyle change. Always talk to a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health.

Please don't misuse Vitaebase — for example, by attempting to disrupt the service, abuse the suggestion or voting system, or access data that isn't yours. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The Vitaebase name, logo and interface belong to Vitaebase. The underlying research referenced on Vitaebase remains the property of its original authors and publishers.

Vitaebase is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Vitaebase is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
