Vitaebase is an evidence-based longevity research platform. It maps published studies on nutrition, exercise, sleep and other areas of health onto an interactive evidence map, rating each intervention by evidence strength and potential real-world impact, so you can see what the science actually says without digging through papers yourself.
No. Browsing the research map, topic and study pages, search, and suggesting or voting on topic and feature ideas are all free and don't require an account. An account is only needed for personal features like saving research, and for Vitaebase Premium.
Vitaebase Premium unlocks a personal watchlist, saved studies with your own notes, research collections, research update alerts, a history of recently viewed items, your personal Longevity Score, comparisons with the community, a stack simulator, and score history with a pace forecast.
Vitaebase Premium is €4.99 per month, billed monthly, or €49.99 per year, billed yearly — a discount over paying monthly.
Yes. Every new Premium subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start it, but you won't be charged until the trial ends.
Yes, a valid payment method is required to start the trial, but you won't be charged until it ends — and not at all if you cancel before then.
You can cancel anytime from the Billing tab in your profile, which opens Stripe's secure billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals immediately.
Cancelling during the free trial ends your Premium access immediately, since a trial is never actually paid for — no partial trial time carries over.
You keep full Premium access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then your account automatically moves to the free plan.
Yes, you can switch from Monthly to Yearly at any time from your Billing tab. Switching an already-converted Yearly plan back to Monthly isn't supported — cancel instead if you'd like monthly billing going forward.
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details are entered directly into Stripe's checkout and are never seen or stored by Vitaebase.
Sign up with an email and password, or sign in directly with your Google account — no separate registration step needed either way.
Every intervention on Vitaebase is rated on two scores: an Evidence score, reflecting how strong and consistent the underlying research is, and an Impact score, reflecting its potential real-world effect on healthy lifespan. Both are shown on a 0–100 scale so interventions can be compared at a glance.
Your Longevity Score is a personal Premium metric calculated from the interventions in your own stack — the topics you've actually adopted — weighted by their evidence and impact. It reflects how well-supported your current approach is, not a medical diagnosis.
No. Vitaebase presents evidence, impact and study information from published scientific research for informational purposes only. It does not recommend or endorse any specific treatment, supplement or lifestyle change. Always talk to a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health.
Vitaebase draws on published scientific studies across topics like nutrition, exercise, sleep and other areas of health. Each intervention page links back to the underlying studies behind its evidence and impact scores.
Every Vitaebase user gets a personal referral link built from their username. Anyone who signs up through it gets 20% off their first payment, and once their trial converts to a paid subscription, you receive a one-time 20% credit toward your own billing.
It's an optional, opt-in page at vitaebase.net/u/yourusername that shows your Longevity Score and the interventions in your stack to anyone with the link. It stays private until you choose a username and turn it on in your profile settings.
You can permanently delete your account at any time from the Settings tab in your profile. This immediately removes your login, watchlist, saved studies, notes, collections, recently viewed history and alert settings, and cancels your Premium subscription if you have one.
Use the Suggestions tab in your profile to submit or upvote a topic or feature idea — no account required. For bugs or anything else, reach out via the Contact page.
